Job Description
Fi Money is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. We’re looking for a Junior Collections Analyst to support our lending portfolio by improving collections performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics OR internship/work experience in financial services, lending, collections, or risk.
- Strong SQL skills (ability to write clean, efficient queries).
- Good understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, and basic statistical concepts.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
- Good communication skills — able to explain insights simply to non-data stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset.
- Previous experience(internship/full time) in collections is mandatory
