Job Description
Fi is a new age money management app aiming to simplify financial life. They are seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to own credit portfolio insights, design risk frameworks, and ensure healthy growth while controlling Non-Performing Loans (NPLs). The role involves building and scaling models, performance monitoring, and collaboration with internal and external partners.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in credit risk analytics within NBFCs, banks, or fintechs.
- Strong foundation in consumer lending (PL, credit cards, LAP, or BNPL).
- Hands-on with SQL + Python/R for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Experience with bureau data, scorecards, and credit underwriting systems.
- Ability to balance growth with risk - commercial mindset with a control framework.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to LMS/LOS systems and credit decisioning engines (a plus).
