Manager Process Excellence

Fi Money is a new age money management app designed to simplify your financial life. We're looking for a Process Excellence Manager to drive operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement across Fi's business functions.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in process excellence / business process re-engineering / operational excellence, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or consulting.
• Proven experience using Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools for data analysis and performance measurement.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams on process automation or workflow improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — ability to influence without authority.
• A bias for action, curiosity to dig into data, and passion for continuous improvement.
