Job Description
As a Universal Banker, you will be the face of Fidelity to our customers, building relationships and delivering an exceptional experience at all touch points. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, referring products, and recommending Bank products and services.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years' experience with the public/customers
- Minimum one year of sales experience
- Strong written, verbal communication skills and cash handling experience
