Job Description
We're looking for a forward-thinking AI Adoption Specialist to drive the effective use of AI tools across our National Commercial division. This role combines hands-on enablement, storytelling, and change management to help Commercial title insurance teams use AI confidently and responsibly.
Requirements
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for AI tools
- Create role-based learning paths, quick-start guides, and bite-sized job aids
- Support AI Champions and communities of practice
- Provide one-on-one support for real world AI use cases
- Collaborate with senior leaders to contextualize AI to their business workflows
- Present on AI topics to audiences at all levels
- Lead adoption campaigns and internal showcases to highlight impact
- Organize innovation events to encourage experimentation
- Maintain a consistent communication cadence
- Build basic no code and low code solutions to demonstrate AI solutions
- Partner with departmental 'change ambassadors' to integrate AI innovations into daily operations
- Collect feedback and usage data to continuously refine adoption strategies
