The Marketplace Development Representative (MDR) is the first point of contact for prospects entering the Field Nation ecosystem. This role is essential to ensuring a seamless prospect experience and maximizing the conversion of hand-raisers into high-value customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), marketing automation, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Curiosity and a self-starter mindset—you’re not afraid to dive into new verticals or conversations.
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in tech marketplaces, field services, or high-velocity sales environments preferred
