Job Description
Field Nation is seeking a talented Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain the server-side logic of their high-traffic platform. This role focuses on improving developer experience, automating tasks, and ensuring platform scalability and performance. The team is dedicated to improving developer experience by providing tools, infrastructure, and processes for efficient and reliable platform operation.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Work closely with software developers, QAEs, and Security Engineers to deliver secured and seamless developer experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing CI/CD pipelines and standard workflows.
- Uphold best practices and contribute to a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
