Job Description
FieldCore is seeking a Supervisory Engineer to manage site activities for power generation and oil & gas industries. The role involves supervising a team of technicians, overseeing work activities, ensuring safety and health compliance, and maintaining mechanical equipment. The position requires expertise in turbine generator operation and detailed understanding of safety regulations and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians.
- Conduct daily inspections, testing, and submit progress reports.
- Ensure all employees complete mandatory safety training.
- Ensure PPE is available in good condition and functioning.
- Understand and read mechanical drawings.
- Slinging and Bankmans duties
- Rigging Tackle identification
- Perform other duties as assigned.
