Job Description
Fieldguide is seeking an Implementation Consultant to build trust with customers and guide their onboarding of the new platform. The role involves ensuring quick time to value for customers, cultivating champion networks, advocating for the customer, and contributing to a data-driven roadmap. Fieldguide is focused on automating and streamlining operations for global commerce and capital markets, building a trusted platform for customers.
Requirements
- Deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in audit, assurance, or advisory services (preferably financial audit or risk advisory).
- Hands-on experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high-growth startup.
- Project management proficiency with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple customers.
- Executive presence and ability to influence change.
- Bias towards action. Take ownership of projects end-to-end.
