We're seeking a driven and energetic Manager of Sales Development to grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment.

Requirements

• Manage and mentor a growing team of high performing Sales Development Representatives
• Evolve playbooks by developing and implementing new prospecting initiatives and strategies
• Shape the strategy and grow the Sales Development team at Fieldwire
• Create and establish strategic prospecting training
• Collaborate cross functionally to ensure buy in and ongoing development support from key stakeholders
