Commercial Loan Closing Specialist

The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for determining requirements, reviewing, analyzing, and completing due diligence associated with commercial loan documentation and closing process. This includes satisfying credit approval conditions, identifying and requesting 3rd party documents, and coordinating with sales, credit, and external customers to meet closing date and time expectations.

Requirements

• 2 years of commercial banking/commercial real estate loan experience with a focus on due diligence and loan documentation.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills evidenced in Previous assignments.
