Job Description
We are seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to join our team in Chicago. As a key player in our retail banking division, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, coaching and training licensed bankers, and developing strong relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Prior Brokerage Industry Experience
- Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses
- Variable Annuity license
- Motivated by commission sales, recognition programs, and internal sales competition
- Ability to motivate others in a team environment
- Highly developed coaching and teaching skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex financial concepts
- Proven experience in building strong internal and external client relationships
