Job Description
We are seeking a Personal Banker Associate I to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a Personal Banker Associate I, you will be responsible for using the consultative sales process to build relationships with customers and identify their financial needs. You will also be responsible for processing transactions, providing guidance to CSRs, and promoting customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or, combination of education and experience
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication
