Job Description
Personal Banker Associate II role involves sales development and relationship building through the promotion of deposits, loans, and fee-based services. The role requires a thorough understanding of Retail consumer and small business products/services and the ability to recommend appropriate solutions. The position also involves cross-selling to existing customers and engaging in outside sales activities.
Requirements
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities
- Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in terms of appearance and verbal/written communication
- Demonstrated ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures
