Job Description
We are looking for a Personal Banker I to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. As a Personal Banker I, you will use the consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects. You will maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions. This role is responsible for processing teller transactions and working as a member of the platform staff.
Requirements
- College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills
- Experience in the financial industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities designed to acquire new consumer household and small business customers and/or cross-sell to established customers
