Job Description
Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Personal Banker I to join their Southeast Dayton Region team. As a Personal Banker I, you will be responsible for using the consultative sales process to identify and meet the financial needs of customers or prospects. This role requires a college degree or equivalent work experience, with a focus on developing a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be able to work in a normal office environment, with flexibility to travel within the affiliate for training and scheduling.
Requirements
- Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a thorough customer profile and identify current and future financial needs
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend appropriate solutions using our value proposition
- Utilize CAMP and other approved Marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews
