Figma is seeking a Director of Inside Sales to lead the global renewals strategy across all markets and segments. The successful candidate will define and execute the strategy, build world-class programs, and drive operational excellence across the Inside Sales organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, or customer success
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global or multi-regional teams
- 2+ years of second-line leadership experience, leading managers and scaling teams across geographies
- Proven success leading high-performing renewals or account management teams in a scaled, matrixed environment
- Experience leading large, globally distributed teams (20+ team members across multiple regions)
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with demonstrated success forecasting and managing recurring revenue
