Figma is hiring a Senior Inside Sales Representative to support the renewal process for mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customers. The role involves building relationships with key partners, leading end-to-end renewal cycles, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer-facing experience in supporting or leading customer renewals, account management, or inside sales, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfort working with sophisticated deal structures, multi-org accounts, and diverse stakeholders
