Job Description
Figma is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales to join their team. This role focuses on building and growing relationships with existing customers and potential prospects to drive revenue and foster customer success. The successful candidate will lead a team of Account Executives and contribute to sales process development, including hiring new team members.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience (preferably within SaaS)
- 2+ years of management experience
- Understanding of the company’s technical and competitive landscape
- Exceptional coaching, writing, discovery, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of leading successful and consistent sales teams
