Job Description
Figure is an AI Robotics company seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Test Technician. This role focuses on testing complex subsystems in a humanoid robot, including rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and automating testing processes. The position requires self-motivation, independent work, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with complex systems
- Highly self-motivated and proactive
- Extensive experience in full system architecture diagnostics
- Strong capability to read and follow detailed assembly documentation
- Proficiency in a wide range of general hand tools and technical equipment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remove and replace components up to 50lbs
- Experience with Catia or other CAD-based software (Bonus)
- Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ (Bonus)
- Hands-on fabrication experience (Bonus)
- Expertise in PCB rework and soldering techniques (Bonus)
- Practical experience in robotics systems and integration (Bonus)
- Certification or knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, or J-Std-001 standards (Bonus)
