Filevine is a cloud-based workflow tool company that is forging the future of legal work. The Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer will manage a wide variety of initiatives based on the CPO's priorities, including short-term problem-solving, strategic analyses, and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and frameworks
- Map current processes, identify bottlenecks, and drive improvements
- Research, collect data, and report findings to support product decisions
- Deliver strong project management on cross-functional product initiatives
- Represent the CPO in internal and external conversations
- Analyze opportunities, summarize findings, and recommend a go-forward plan
- Support CPO-led strategic areas such as AI initiatives and platform modernization
- Amplify communication for the CPO by designing presentations and product updates
- Ensure the right information flows between product teams and leadership
