Job Description
The Legal Counsel handles and manages litigation, arbitration, crisis management and dispute resolution matters for the Filinvest Group of companies, ensuring that Filinvest's rights are protected and advocated.
Requirements
- Handling civil, criminal, administrative, and regulatory cases
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents
- Providing legal representation and strategic advice
- Effective case management
- Litigation strategy development and case summary preparation
- Dispute resolution and claims/risk management
- External counsel management
