Job Description
The Head for Sales Network and Development Group 2 is responsible for overseeing all sales operations, focusing on recruitment, training, and sales performance, and recommending Sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Supervising and overseeing the Departments mentioned above
- Analyzing market trends and competitive positioning to inform Sales strategies
- Managing annual budgets and forecasts
- Identifying and pursuing new Sales opportunities
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on Sales performance, market conditions, and feedback to management
- Ensuring that all company policies, systems and procedures are in place and strictly being implemented by all staff under his/her responsibility
- Conducting inspection monthly to assess operating standards are being observed by project staff
