Job Description
The Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting Analyst will support the Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial departments at the US and Mexico locations with accounts payable, general accounting functions, and reconciliation. This role focuses on managing daily operations, month-end close, and balance sheet reconciliation. The position supports internal and external payments, manages vendor records, and ensures accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Prepare invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accounts payable records.
- Process and distribute reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Assist in audits.
- Update employee reviews.
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, ERP/MRP system).
