Maintenance Tech II - 2nd Shift at Filtration Group. Diversified responsibilities include fabricating parts, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and assisting with plant fire prevention and sprinkler systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in a manufacturing machinery maintenance environment
- Knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery and the tools, gauges, meters, and diagnostic equipment used in that environment.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Proficient knowledge of blueprints required.
- Familiarity with CMMS software system is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as work instructions, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions as well as procedure manuals.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to convert to metric and standard weights and measures.
- Ability to read measuring devices.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Forklift operation with the ability to pass an in-house certification, clean driving record a plus.
