Production Employee

Flow Dry Technology is a leading manufacturer of automotive desiccant components. We are looking for Assemblers to produce product based on a work instruction and inspection criteria given, in a safe and timely manner.

Requirements

• Read and understand all work orders and job instructions.
• Know the safety features of each workstation and how to safely operate them.
• Understand all product requirements and be able to inspect for quality.
• Know how to calculate standard rate.
• Complete all paperwork properly.
• Stay at your station unless on break to keep the machines running at all times.
• Able to handle manual labor and repetitive motions.
• Package product per customer requirements (When packaging).
• Clean machine and work area.
• Clean entire work area at the end of the shift.
• Keep work center clear of anything not used for each process as you go.
• Apply 5S in your immediate work area and throughout the department.
• Understand use and care for gauges and other measurement devices used.
