Seeking a highly motivated and engaged Second Shift Production Supervisor to provide daily production floor supervision while achieving production targets at specified quality levels.
Requirements
- High School education
- 3 years of production leadership experience
- Detail oriented, organized, self-motivated team-player with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
- PC proficient using an ERP and MS Word and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective problem analysis and problem resolution skills required.
