Junior Microwave Filter Design Engineer

Filtronic delivers RF, Microwave and mmWave solutions for high-frequency communications. This Junior Microwave Filter Design Engineer role involves contributing to all phases of project development, ensuring excellence in filter design and support for production activities. Collaboration with the Mechanical Engineering team is key.

Requirements

• Relevant Degree (or equivalent) preferably in RF/Microwave Engineering.
• Understanding of Microwave Filter theory and design principles.
• Some practical experience of RF and Microwave Filter design including the use of Microwave Design tools such as Microwave Office and CST Design Studio.
• Ability to analyse requirements and develop effective solutions to project deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Capable of achieving UK Security Check (SC) clearance.
