Project Manager

Filtronic is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects in space payload development, defence technology, and satellite communications. The role involves end-to-end project lifecycle management, stakeholder engagement, budget and schedule adherence, and a focus on technical excellence and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven success delivering highly complex engineering projects.
• Strong engineering background or experience in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient using project management tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2 or APMP).
• Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC).
• Highly experienced in project or engineering management.
