Collections Specialist (6m Contract)

Financeit is seeking a 6-month Contract Collections Specialist to resolve outstanding accounts, resolve billing problems, and reduce delinquencies. The role involves negotiating settlements, managing administrative tasks, and advising on collection strategy. This position offers opportunities for collaboration, inclusivity, and respect within a company with a focus on building strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in consumer Collections.
• Knowledge and experience in Collections with reference to third party collections and legal recovery.
• Advanced Proficiency in Speaking, Reading and Writing French (advantage).
• Comfortable working with technology and adapting to new systems.
• Strong negotiating and conflict management skills.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results oriented, proactively seeks solutions and takes actions.
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Availability to work between 9:00am and 9:00pm, one Saturday per month.
