The Case Management Team Associate will manage a diverse and complex caseload across markets and business models, preparing clear and high-quality written documents and communications on sensitive and complex issues. The role requires strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and the ability to contribute to departmental initiatives and collaborative projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience of analysing a range of complex information, identifying key risks of harm, and making risk based judgements
• Proven experience in a role where excellent written communication skills were required
• Demonstratable experience of managing your own case load
