We are looking for an M365 Product Analyst to join our Data, Technology & Innovation division. The role will involve providing support and guidance to colleagues in mastering SharePoint and Teams Channels, shaping the future of our tools, and empowering our people through training and drop-in clinics.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with internal business users to deliver product change campaigns
- Experience as a Product Analyst in an Agile environment
- Prior experience supporting Microsoft 365 services at an organisational level
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficiency in using M365 services
- Experience in data analysis, root cause identification, and applying qualitative and quantitative techniques
