Job Description
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in originating and executing live transactions, with responsibilities including financial modeling and analysis, company valuation, and strategic analysis. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-time investment banking experience in M&A sell-side advisory.
- FINRA Series 63 and 79 registration.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
