Job Description
The Financial Times is looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst to support FT Specialist EU financial operations. The role will work closely with finance and business teams to ensure accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and process improvements across revenue and cost management.
Requirements
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial results, reporting, and analysis
- Perform accurate month-end processing of FT Specialist EU revenues and costs, with variance analysis
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts with high standards of accuracy and record-keeping
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to process sales commissions
- Build strong business knowledge and stakeholder relationships
- Support preparation of quarterly forecasts for revenue and costs
- Contribute to process improvements and identify automation opportunities
- Assist with external audits by providing documentation and analysis
- Carry out ad hoc tasks aligned with business and finance needs
