Senior Business Analyst (Banking)

We are looking for passionate, multi-talented Business Analysts with demonstrated history working in the Banking Technology Industry. The candidate should help project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements. He/she should manage the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need.

Requirements

• Help business areas and project teams to identify business needs, recommend solutions, develop, and manage requirements.
• Perform Business Workshops for Gap Analysis and Requirement gathering purposes.
• Managing the life cycle of projects by continuous monitoring and documenting, communicating the requirements appropriately to involved stakeholders and assessing how well the delivered solutions fulfill the requirements and meet the business need.
• Identify and document use case/test scenarios.
• Act as a technical consultant for the client.
• Support business as well as IT users with existing Reports.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
