We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a proven ability to drive growth and identify new business opportunities within the Banking IT sector. The role involves developing business strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position based in Athens, Attica.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree a plus)
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Banking sector.
- Excellent use of Greek and English language.
- Strong understanding of banking products, services, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
