Director of Venture Studio

The Director of New Ventures will lead the venture pipeline, owning the process of organizing and filtering ideas, working with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EiRs), validating opportunities, and launching MVPs that can scale into standalone ventures.

Requirements

• 5+ years in venture building, product strategy, corporate innovation, or startup leadership
• Proven success in taking ideas from concept to MVP
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams and EiRs, and to communicate effectively with senior leadership
• Strong business judgment and prioritization skills across multiple opportunities
• Skilled in lean experimentation, rapid validation, and portfolio decision-making
• Comfortable presenting at leadership/board level with clear data-driven recommendations
• Experience in at least two of the following sectors: iGaming, Crypto, or Digital Marketing
• Entrepreneurial, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity while creating clarity for others
