Job Description
Findhelp is seeking a Senior Compliance Risk Manager to effectively and efficiently execute the compliance program for healthcare. This role involves developing, implementing, and enforcing policies, conducting audits, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders, with a focus on maintaining legal and regulatory compliance. The company aims to connect people to resources and improve healthcare access while ensuring privacy and security.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and execute third-party management programs.
- Oversee execution of technical audits and HITRUST, TX-RAMP and HIPAA.
- Perform duties as senior privacy official.
- Identify, review, and monitor compliance issues.
- Assist with regulatory compliance reviews.
- Draft and implement compliance program policies.
- Strong project management skills, communication, prioritization, and budget management.
