Product Manager

FinDock is looking for a Product Manager to join their team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying valuable problems, defining scalable solutions, and deciding what gets built and why. The role requires experience in product management, shipping a product, and driving measurable adoption and business impact. Requirements

• 2+ years in product management related roles
• Experience shipping a product
• Comfortable working closely with engineers in technical environments
• Experience driving measurable adoption and business impact
• Fintech or payments experience is helpful but not required
• High agency - you move forward, even when things are hard
• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity
• Strong analytical thinking and great data analysis skills
• Confident and honest communicator
• Structured decision-maker who creates clarity
• Technical literacy - able to translate between business and engineering
• Strong product taste and UX sensitivity
