Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and construction processes
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel as needed
