Job Description
The Director of Nursing oversees nursing operations, workforce management, and regulatory compliance across the organization, providing strategic and operational leadership to ensure nursing services are delivered in a consistent, compliant, and efficient manner.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive nursing leadership or nursing management experience
- Demonstrated experience overseeing nursing operations, workforce management, and regulatory compliance
- Working knowledge of HRSA requirements, healthcare regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
