Job Description
Fingerpaint Group is seeking a VP, Account Director to lead account management, strategic guidance, and financial health for multiple accounts. The role requires a strategic and creative individual capable of building strong client relationships and offering innovative solutions in the pharmaceutical and digital spaces. The position involves client presentations, mentorship, and proactive market analysis.
Requirements
- 12-18 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing agency.
- Effective presentation, mentorship, and client-facing skills.
- Master of industry trends and guidelines (eg, CAN-SPAM, privacy policy, etc).
- Fluent in market research methodology and approaches
- Deep knowledge of category and competitive set, as well as client pipeline
- Understand FDA rules/regulations and life cycle of a brand
- Understand competitors and advocacy groups for each account/brand
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
