Requirements

• 10+ years of experience architecting, designing and building solutions with Java & Open Systems technologies
• Expert knowledge of Struts, JSP, AJAX, JavaScript and jQuery
• Expert in OO design
• Experience with Tomcat
• Expertise in Oracle & Sql Server
• Expert in XML, XSD
• Ability to gain an understanding of current state and target state architecture
• Ability to gather and analyze requirements from product managers
• Ability to conduct proof of concept activities with key business users
• Deep and wide background in open/distributed systems technology utilizing Java based solutions
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical audience
• Ability to introduce best practices and principles to enable consistent delivery
• Ability to lead and mentor other team members
• Ability to foster development best practices within the team
• Ability to identify and drive process improvements
• Ability to facilitate communication with cross-functional groups
