Job Description
Finix is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to orchestrate finance operations, balancing business and financial analysis, across the full value chain. The role involves resource allocation, exception management, and equity appreciation, requiring significant analytical and communication skills. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Analyst will shape strategy and drive operational execution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, business operations, or comparable analytical environments
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Proficiency in SQL; Python experience is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams in fast-paced environments
- Superior communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
