Job Description
Cove ABA is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BT), or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home therapy to children with autism, specializing in early intervention for ages 2-6.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children ages 2-6 is required
- Experience or willingness to work with clients exhibiting high-aggression behaviors (such as teens with severe behaviors and crisis management)
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to clients' homes
- Active RBT and CPR certification preferred
- Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course within the designated timeframe
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
