Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or finance
• 2 years in management consulting
• Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, SQL, and GSuite
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial trends, gross margin, and performance drivers
• Experience working directly with business owners or operators
• Skilled in building dashboards to track performance metrics
• Strong track record of collaborating with teams
• Proven ability to evaluate and recommend incentive structures
• Background in identifying and addressing inefficiencies
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site service operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to communicate and work with internal teams and external business customers
