Job Description
Join our dedicated team at Finni Health and make a meaningful impact in the life of a child with autism. As a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver in-home care and help children learn new skills, achieve developmental milestones, and support their families with compassion and expertise.
Requirements
- Completion of 40-hour RBT training course (RBT certified or eligible to test within 90 days)
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with children and a passion for supporting those with special needs
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check (conditional offer pending satisfactory results)
