Substitute Behavior Technician

SparkJoy ABA is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy to children with autism in Ontario, OH. The role involves working 1:1 with children in-home, teaching communication, daily living, and social skills, and supporting families through parent training and consistent communication.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping children grow and succeed
• Reliable transportation to SparkJoy ABA clinic in Ontario
