Job Description
FinQuery is seeking an Implementation Coordinator to join their Professional Services team. The role is responsible for onboarding clients and adopting the FinQuery application after purchase. The Implementation Coordinator will manage customer-facing project services, coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams, and ensure client satisfaction and product adoption.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Project management experience preferred
- Developing experience with Salesforce, MS Office, and G-Suite
- Demonstrated customer service skills
