The AI Business Analyst will play a key role in FinThrive’s AI and automation initiatives by analyzing operational processes, identifying opportunities for AI enablement, and supporting the implementation of scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator, or process analyst (preferably in healthcare, tech, or operations)
- Hands-on exposure to AI and automation technologies (RPA, machine learning, intelligent document processing) is preferred
- Experience documenting business processes and requirements
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, or related field
